As always, the holidays approach quickly in November! Please check our school calendars so we are all on the same schedule? We take the full week off (11.17.23-11.26.23) for Thanksgiving, as many families travel that week, and there will be no North Fork School classes on Thursday, 12.21.23

Conferences for the older students were extremely productive last week — I was so impressed with the honest discussions between teachers, students, and parents in addressing academic challenges and opportunities, as well as the focused, intimate assessments of student strengths and weaknesses offered by NFS teachers. Thanks to all!

Math Workshop students will bring home their binders with short summaries of class topics as well as comments on their progress from Kaity after class this Thursday. Please feel free to call us with questions or comments after the Thanksgiving Break?

Exceptions to the schedule:

On weeks when we do not have school on Monday (like after MLK Day & Presidents’ Day) we will have Monday classes on Friday. Please check the monthly calendars for specific information each week, especially during high school exams (1.16.24-1.19.24)
